How do I create a NullPain account?

It’s simple. Tap Sign Up on our homepage or in the app, and you can register using your email, social media, or Google account.

What solutions does NullPain offer?

We offer tailored solutions, including personalized exercises, posture correction tips, and access to our marketplace of curated products like pain patches and ergonomic tools-all based on your unique profile.

What should I do first after signing up?

Begin with our Pain Assessment Quiz. It will generate personalized recommendations to help you start your spine health journey right away.

Can I use NullPain on multiple devices?

Absolutely. NullPain is available on desktop, iOS, and Android. Your account syncs across all platforms so that you can access your health plan wherever you go.

How do I change my password?

Go to Profile Settings>Security>Change Password. Enter your current password, then set a new one.

How do I manage my subscription?

Head to Account Settings>Subscription Plan to manage your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months under Subscription Settings.

How can I update my health information?

Visit Profile Settings>Health Information to update your health preferences and ensure you get the most accurate recommendations.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Select Forgot Password on the login screen, and we’ll send you an email with steps to reset it.

What quizzes are available on NullPain?

NullPain offers several quizzes, including:

How often should I retake quizzes?

Retake quizzes when your condition changes or once every 3 months to receive updated recommendations.

How do I interpret my quiz results?

Each quiz result includes a score and personalized recommendations. For example, a high Pain Assessment score provides targeted exercise routines and product suggestions.

Can I skip questions in the quiz?

Yes on some, though skipping questions may reduce the accuracy of your results. We recommend answering all questions for the best guidance.

How is my quiz data used?

Your data helps create a personalized health plan and product suggestions based on your specific pain points, posture issues, and daily habits.

How often do you update health tips?

Our health tips are updated weekly, based on the latest research and user feedback. You’ll find new tips on your Dashboard.

How do you choose which tips to show me?

We tailor health tips to your quiz results and health profile so you see tips that align with your current pain levels, posture habits, and lifestyle.

Can I save health tips?

Yes. Simply tap Save on any health tip or recommendation, and you’ll find them in your Profile under Saved Tips.

Are health tips verified by experts?

All health tips are vetted by certified spine health professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance.

What happens if I don’t follow the tips?

While following the tips can improve your spine health, it’s entirely up to you. NullPain tracks your progress and adjusts recommendations over time.

How do I find products that match my needs?

After completing a quiz, head to our Product Marketplace. You’ll find personalized recommendations based on your unique results, including pain relief patches, posture correction tools, and more.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $35. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

U.S. deliveries typically take 3-5 business days. International deliveries can take 10-15 business days.

How can I track my order?

After processing, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in My Orders.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned.
